Brainstorming doesn’t work. Join Aaron and Rhiannon as we explore two alternatives to brainstorming. You’ll walk away with techniques that will spice up your creative and agile process. This is a great opportunity to strengthen your design thinking toolkit and think a little differently.
During the session we will:
Unpack the design thinking and ideation process.
Discuss why brainstorming is broken.
Present and play with two alternative techniques.
Wrap up with some reading recommendations and a Q&A.
About the Speakers
Aaron Power is a consultant with a creative skill set perfect for solving novel problems. Aaron’s comfort zone is identifying business problems, thinking of smart solutions and creating a plan to make change happen. He uses design thinking, lean and agile to help clients work through ambiguity and uncertainty. With over 600 hours of facilitation experience, Aaron is also a confident communicator and teacher who loves building everyone’s mastery.
Rhiannon Bond is an innovative, ambitious, and goal-driven Business Analyst with a passion for analysing complex business environments, improving outcomes, and driving a culture of constant growth, development and success.
