 ES TAILORED FOR T CELL IMMUNITY\nProf Ian Hermans\nProfessor Hermans will 
 provide an overview of the latest research from the immunotherapy group. T
 his will include background and recent updates on mRNA vaccines tailored f
 or T cell-mediated liver immunity for infectious diseases and cancer. New 
 cancer models and new immunomodulatory drugs to combine with cancer immuno
 therapy will also be discussed.\n\nBio\nResearch background in antigen-pre
 sentation and T cell stimulation\, with an emphasis on developing T cell-b
 ased therapies\, including vaccination\, in vivo immunomodulation and adop
 tive T cell therapy. Holds intellectual property for several T cell-focuss
 ed therapies and vaccines and has been a senior investigator for several c
 linical trials of immunotherapy in cancer patients. Established a GMP manu
 facturing facility for the manufacture of cell-based immunotherapies and m
 ore recently involved in the establishment of a local research pipeline fo
 r RNA-based vaccines and therapeutics.\n\nNote that if you are coming from
