Description
From te taiao to circular fashion, from community to culture – across Wellington, a different kind of future is already under construction.
This panel brings together makers, growers, and thinkers shaping the city in real time. Together they look ahead: what does Wellington become in 20 years — and what do we need to start doing differently now?
The panel features Emma Wallace (Kowtow) on designing for circularity and 20 years of purpose-led business; Dr Huhana Smith (Te Whiri Whītau, Massey University) on regeneration through mātauranga and natural fibres; Dr Danielle Shanahan (Zealandia) on a 500-year vision for living with nature; and Tom Cappleman and Siobhan Oldale (Coffee Outdoors) on growing community through everyday connection.
General admission: $39.00 + $2.81 fee
